Due to the nature of live entertainment, all times including the start and end of show times are approximate and subject to change.
Should an event time change all ticket holders will be contacted.

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a show has been canceled.

In the unlikely event that a show is canceled, all ticket holders will be notified.

We can issue credit notes for the theatre upon request.

COVID-19 TICKET POLICY

In the event of Government implemented Covid-19 restrictions affecting the event from taking place or affecting the customers’ ability to attend the event due to travel restrictions or similar, and where it is not possible to reschedule the event/booking for a later date, a credit note to the value of the customers tickets will be issued upon request, or the customer can exchange their tickets for a different event at the TLT Concert Hall.

The TLT Concert Hall endeavors to remain in business amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, but this is only possible with the support of our loyal customers, thus encouraging ticket holders to accept credit notes or ticket exchanges where at all possible.  However, in the case where the customer does not require tickets for another event at The TLT Concert Hall, a refund may be requested to the value of the tickets.

Each of our shows have different ‘late arrival’ policies based on the wishes of the performer/producer. We do endeavor to seat all late-comers, this will be during a suitable break/applause within the show, with as little disturbance as possible to the rest of the audience.

Age restrictions vary for each production.

Shows that are restricted to over 18’s will be stated upon the purchasing of tickets.

For children’s shows, a child who is 2 and under that does not require a seat will not need to purchase a ticket.

Only alcohol purchased in the theatre can be consumed on the premises. All beverages will be put into a plastic cup before entering the auditorium. We cannot supply glasses of ice.

Both vaping and smoking are strictly prohibted inside the TLT Concert Hall.

The D Hotel

Only three minutes drive from the TLT Concert Hall.

The d Hotel is an affiliated partner of The TLT Concert Hall and is also an official ticket agent so guests can book tickets for any show of their choice at the hotel reception.

Our box office is operating under temporary opening hours due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

We are currently open every Wednesday from 10am – 2pm from September onward.

A booking fee applies to all tickets at a cost of €2 per ticket purchased.

This charge is passed on to us by our ticketing provider for their services to process all ticket transactions.

Also for the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software and all other costs associated with our ticketing system.

This will depend on ticket sales for each event. We would advise calling the box office first to avoid disappointment on arrival. – 041 9878560

If you chose “print at home” your tickets have been sent to the email address provided upon booking. You will receive an email with a PDF attachment. The PDF contains your tickets and these will need to be printed off for entry to the show.

If you chose “box office collection” your tickets are available to collect from our box office.

You can collect your tickets from the box office before the show starts. The box office opens 1 hour prior to showtime.

 

Our theatre is wheelchair friendly. Please contact the box office to make a wheelchair booking.

We have very limited parking on-site, dedicated to disabled parking only and available on a first-come-first-served basis. There is parking in the surrounding area within a 2-minute walk from our theatre.

Our theatre is guide dog friendly. Please contact the box office to arrange this prior to the event.
