As per terms and conditions of The TLT all sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is cancelled.
Each of our shows have different ‘late arrival’ policies based on the wishes of the performer/producer. We do endeavor to seat all late-comers, this will be during a suitable break/applause within the show, with as little disturbance as possible to the rest of the audience.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 2 years go free once seated on the knee of a parent/carer.
Some shows may be classified as over 18’s only, in which case this will be advertised clearly when booking.
Only alcohol purchased in the theatre can be consumed on the premises. All beverages will be put into a plastic cup before entering the auditorium.
Both vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited inside The TLT.
