For over 25 years, Kathy Durkin has been one of Ireland’s leading female entertainers and recording artistes. She comes from a musical family as her late father, Eugene Leddy had one of the most successful céilí bands in Ireland in the 50’s and 60’s. Kathy has recorded many albums over the years and her big break came when she released ‘Working Man’ back in 1991 and it became the biggest selling single in 91’ and 92’. Kathy has toured extensively all over the world, including USA, Europe, UAE, UK and numerous Carribbean cruises. She has shared the stage with the likes of Willie Nelson, Ronan Tynan, Johnny McEvoy and many more throughout her career. Offstage, Kathy is well known for her charity work as she is the only female golfing entertainer. In 2016, she celebrated 25 years of her annual golf tournament which to date has raised vasts amount of money for different charities from Cystic Fibrosis, Special Olympics, Crumlin Hospital to name but a few. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uoiHmlvkjKY.

John McNicholl was born and raised in a small village called Foreglen in Derry in the north of Ireland and is one of 15 children born to Colm and Mary. John’s first Amateur musicals and plays gave John an opportunity to showcase his early talents for singing and acting . With the support of his established artist manager Bob Condon, John set about recording his first album (“Something Old Something New”) and travelling around the country to do his first live performances since his schooldays.In 2001 John was the proud recipient of the Best Newcomer Award from Country Music UK. Among other great highlights of John’s singing career to date include sharing a stage with Daniel O’ Donnell and Sir Cliff Richard at the Kincasslagh Festival, County Donegal. John also played support to the legendary Sir. Elton John. Having released over 5 albums which include duets with Daniel O’Donnell, Margo & Louise Morrissey, John is now a household name of the Irish Country Music Scene. Support is Matt Leavy with Charlie Arkin & band. Matt Leavy is a native of Athboy, Co. Meath &  hails from a very musical family and is rated by Ireland’s top entertainers as one of the best country singers in Ireland. Matt has shared the stage with such entertainers as Jonny Cash, George Jones, Ricky Skaggs and Buck Owens. In 2013 Matt graced our TV screens with numerous appearances in Glor Tire.

Charlie Arkins is a full-time musician with a busy schedule and for the past 25 years has called Athboy home. Once the fiddle player in the Cotton Mill Boys, Arkins continue to work with some of the biggest names on the country and western scene including Matt Leavy & Jimmy Buckley

Also appearing is Ray Murtagh, John Briody & Declan Dunne with Compere Eddie Caffrey of LM/FM. Tickets €20 + booking fee.
