DESCRIPTION:Lorraine Jackson Stage School ‘Dancing Through the Ages’\n\n\nThe Lorraine Jackson Stage School is delighted to be back in the TLT Theatre for the school’s variety show ‘Dancing Through the Ages” on the 1st May at 1.00 pm and 6.30 pm. \nTickets are available at the TLT Box Office 041 – 9878560 and online at www.thetlt.ie\n\nFor further information contact Lorraine on 087 8185457\, email lorrainejacksondance@yahoo.co.uk or Facebook LorraineJacksonStageSchool\n\n\nThe Lorraine Jackson Stage School from Balbriggan\, offers boys and girls from the age of 3yrs to 15+yrs a friendly environment to experience song\, dance and musical theatre.  The teachers and students are looking forward to performing this year’s school show ‘Dancing Through the Ages’ which is an exciting and fun filled variety show that includes timeless musical and Disney classics along with more recent children’s favourites. The show takes place on the 1st May with an afternoon performance at 1.00 pm and an evening performance at 6.30 pm. \n\nStudents at the school learn a mixture of musical & dancing styles such as Disney numbers for the younger students working up to the more advanced level of number from stage musicals\, for the older students. In Lorraine’s words “We try cover to a variety of music and dance styles that are appropriate to the student’s age and will interest them\, the emphasis is on the children having fun but at the same time growing in confidence and learning. It is always fantastic watching a student who starts very quiet but as the term progresses watching them grow in confidence and smiling as they perform one of their favourite numbers”. This all takes place on a Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon in the Glebe North Football Club in Balbriggan.\n
